Marcel Schmitutz and his team continuously compose new seasonal Patisserie creations.
After completing his apprenticeship as a cook in the Goethe city of Weimar, Marcel Schmitutz discovered his interest and flair for the high art of classical French Pâtisserie. With a lot of ambition and passion he continued to educate himself in this special field – even in times when he was convincing as a chef in the star gastronomy. Today Schmitutz is one of the leading representatives of modern haute Pâtisserie in Switzerland. He is well- known for his seasonal creations, which always impress with their distinctive refinement and originality.
“Inspiration is very important to me – it can come from anywhere,” explains the likeable Top Chef. “And then I want to be interesting – my creations should always surprising with some edges and flaws!”.
